QCalcPrice is four handy calculators all in one. These four calculators are designed to be easily seen with large text fields with good contrast even in low light environments.
The Price comparison calculator allows you to enter two products to figure out which is the best priced. For example if you were comparing bottled water, which is best, 24 twelve ounce bottles for $15.00 or 22 half liter bottles for $19.00? The units of each product do not have to be the same. You can compare U.S. gallons to liters, or U.S. pounds to kilograms, or any combination, such as U.S. gallons to U.S. ounces. For dry goods the units are U.S. pounds, U.S. ounces, U.S. drams, U.S. grains, kilograms, grams, centigrams, and milligrams. For liquid goods the units are U.S. gallons, U.S. quarts, U.S. pints, U.S. ounces, liters, deciliters, centiliters, and milliliters.
The Tip / Gratuity calculator can calculate the tip based on a percentage of the amount. You can select a tip percentage or enter one directly. You can round the total amount or the tip amount and you can split the check up to ten ways. The layout of the App is designed for use in the low lighting often found in restaurants.
The Calculator is just a simple large format calculator. This is designed to be for those quick tasks. The buttons are large and easy to see. Simplicity of use is the goal of this calculator.
